We ship in phases and write down what we learned at each one. Work is dated and published in the Journal, including the parts that didn't work. There is no separate "internal" standard of quality.
Remote-first, with a bias for written communication and long uninterrupted blocks. We use the tools we build. Every company in the ecosystem uses the others, so you'll work across more than one.
